Hypnosis is the experience and skill of accessing internal resources through trance. In these workshops, Ms. Howe leads the participants through their individual trance experience designed to access parts of themselves that will enhance their creative expressions. Trance enables the person's unconscious resources to be tapped and utilized more effectively. As with many things in life, repetition and practice can provide enhanced benefit. Regardless if you paint, write, create music, move or dream, you can find potential change from this workshop.

Marjorie Howe, LCSW is a clinical social worker with over 30 years of professional experience. She has been practicing hypnosis with individuals and groups for many years. She is a partner in Carolina Partners in Mental Healthcare; her office is located in Cary.
